Product Overview

Studsvik Scandpower products are specifically designed to automate routine core design analyses and calculational sequences.

A cycle dependent model of the entire fuel in the core is easily built with automated lattice dependent calculations used in generating the databank for the three dimensional core model.

Once the core model is constructed, statepoint history files can be taken any time of life and exported from the steady state core model for direct use in the training simulator core model, LP evaluation studies, core monitoring, and dynamic core analyses.

The core follow and operational support is further automated with direct integration of plant measured data used to drive the core model update thus providing a core model at the current plant conditions, reflecting the true detailed operational history of the plant.

Finally backend calculations for decay heat and source term are available reflecting the true spectral history of the incore fuel depletion.
